Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself I'm new to my fitness pal (just started ab7out 4 days ago). I had been on WW and lost 20 pounds then quit smoking recently and gained 10 of that back. I want to get back to eating right and exercising before I gain the full 20 back. Any tips or pointers to help get me started? Thanks. - Hope1372
