Hi i'm Kate, i'm 20 and a college student. Watching what I eat and motivating myself to get to the gym everyday is a struggle because of how busy my schedule is, but I am really determined to get more toned and lose 20lbs so that I feel great about myself. I do a lot of things for everyone else, and losing weight, toning up, and gaining muscle and more confidence is something I'm doing for me.
