I want to keep my butt

How can i work out without losing my butt. I have a nice sized butt
that took forever to come in. What excerises can I do or what can I eat.
I do squats but since I joined a gym I'm getting more cardio which
will burn fat and I'm staring to see shrinkage already. I don't want all
muscle.

    You cannot choose where you lose or keep fat. My best suggestion is to include exercises that will enhance the glute muscles.

    Lift heavy! Do squats, lunges etc, exercises that work your glutes :)

  • I watch these twins (hodge twins) on YouTube and they say the best way to keep your butt is to squat girl. I have also been researching the beach body Brazilian butt loft because it keeps your booty, just lifts and shapes it more.
