ISU tests various fitness bands

Interesting article.
I don't have the fancy metabolic calculator but I did my own experiment over 9 months last year between bodymedia fit and the older fitbit and compared the results to weight change over time (realized vs expected cals in vs out). I found the fitbit underestimated my activity by around 250 per day. This was predominantly with weight training as exercise.
I now have a fitbit flex and haven't worked out the exact numbers yet but it seems similar.
For me, that means I have a slightly larger deficit than it predicts which at this stage of cutting is not so bad but later on it could be.
