Respectful Way

I find the most respectful way of telling someone to lose weight is to offer them to exercise with you. There aren't really any nicer way to tell someone that without hurting their feeling. The only thing I can see other than offering someone to work out if they realize it themselves and they want to make the change. However, in the end, all that matter is if you love yourself and content of where you at. If you do want to make the change, this is the place where to start. What do you think is the most respectful way of telling someone you care about or you see that need to lose weight? Opinions?
