Good success story/inspirational books

Howdy everybody! I'm wondering what recommendations you all have for inspirational books. I have three in mind, two of which have been recommended by a friend who has lost a lot of weight:
Half-Assed: A Weight-Loss Memoir
by Jennette Fulda
Secrets of a Former Fat Girl
by Lisa Delaney
And then one that I started and have enjoyed so far:
It Starts with Food
by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig
It gives great information about what food does to your body in a scientific way, and shows how food not only affects your weight, but also your energy levels, mood, etc.
So can anybody vouch for the first two? And what other suggestions do you have?

I just finished rereading J. Fulda's book and I really like it! Another that gets me going is 'Born to Run' by Scott Jurek. Hope you are still doing well on your journey.0
