I want to punch my fat face

now that I'm at my goal weight...although not necessarily "toned"...I've noticed my face hasn't caught up with the rest of me :-)
I have chubby cheeks...that sag when I'm doing pushups or planks.
So I'm thinking...is there an exercise I can do to tone up the muscle underneath? I know I can't spot reduce fat...but thought if the muscle underneath was more toned it would look better.
Chewing gum doesn't seem to help :-)
has anyone had lipo on their face?

Facial Exercises :
Forehead: Place your index fingers just above your eyes and pull down your eyes while raising your eyebrows. This facial exercise firms your forehead. Repeat this exercise for ten times.
Lips: Suck on your finger as hard as possible and slowly remove it. Repeat this exercise for ten times. This facial exercise firms your lips.
Eyes: Sit with your eyes closed and relaxed. While keeping your eyes closed, look down and look up as far as possible. Repeat this exercise for ten to fifteen times.
Sit straight with your eyes closed and relaxed. Lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids down as far as possible by keeping your eyes closed. Keep in this position for a count of ten, relax and repeat it for ten times [Eye care].
Cheeks: Take your three center fingers and place them on the cheeks and push them down. At the same time, raise your cheeks by smiling as hard as you can. Keep your head back when you are performing this workout.
Neck: Sit straight and tilt your head back looking at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible and keep for a count of ten. Relax and repeat for ten times.
Double chin: sit straight in a chair and tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Make your lips round, count up to twenty and relax and bring your head back to the normal position.

I'm no doctor, but I believe that you CAN tone the face, it's just a little more complicated because facial muscles are only connected at one end (that's why our faces sag as we age). You have to know where to position your hands and which way to contort your face in order to tone (and not stretch further). I'd assume you could find info on this online and am pretty sure there are 'how to' products on the market for facial toning.
Surgery is always an option, too.

LOL you are going to end up with wrinkles. Ever seen smoker's lines on their lips? That's caused by sucking on cigarettes. Give it time your face will catch up.0 -
One more thing, 'toning' is a result of increasing the size of the muscle and losing fat. The facial muscles are so small that even if you can hypertrophy them then the fat will still be there.0

I don't think punching yourself in the face is the solution. But if you think it will help by all means. "knock yourself out"
Just continue to lean out and your face should continue to lean out as well.0
