    We call it "weird salad"...

    lettuce, avacado, green onions, Low fat parmesan cheese, hot sauce and balsmic vinegar.

    It sounds weird, but it's tasty

    Wishbone makes Salad Spritzers that are only 10 calories per spritz and alot of dressing comes out in one spray of the pump. I can eat a whole salad with only 4 spritzes. They come in all different flavors too. I like the Balsamic Breeze Vinagrette.

    Try equal parts of honey and Balsamic vinegar. It is incredible on baby spring greens.
