Okay guys, Just wonderd if anyone else has done this! i went from 17st 3 to 16st 10.... the past few days Ive let it go and I am now back at 17st 1. I am trying to find the motivation to eat healthy and go running again. Any help ?

Thanks guys! I went for a 30 minuet walk today and sticking to my water and vegies!
I tried to jog but my feet and legs wher to sore!! I didnt have that before... maybe they have got tight? or siezed up a bit ?
