Binging and in need of help

So I used to be anorexic for a couple of months then turned bulimic for another couple of months. I've been in recovery but I keep on slipping. Just last week I was restricting, binging and purging again. Although I've been in recovery for like 4 months now. My problem is, about twice or thrice a week, I binge. I feel so baf. I mean, I'm not trying to purge so I've gained A LOT already. What will I do? Has my binging become a habit? Is it because I'm still nutrient deprived although I eat a lot and about 5 times a day? Do I need to increase my calories? Please help me. I feel so frustrated right now 'cause all my clothes are getting tighter. :((((((

    Most likely its a stress reaction. Whilst binging and recovering from a binge its hard to think of much else so we don't dwell on issues. I've got no advice to help stop binging as i go through hormonal binges myself. *hugs*
