    We all go through cycles. I remember being so excited that I was dropping weight fast and then, two months later, I'm like "can't I just push a button and make this just HAPPEN?"

    It's tedious, but it isn't hard. Think of it like brushing your teeth and just keeping going. It gets easy and just becomes a habit. I've logged every single thing for the past two years, so I know.
