Exercise for toning certain areas.

Hi All

I was just wondering if there are any specific exercises i could do to tone up my inner thighs and my hips/love handles?

    Eat at a deficit to reduce body fat.

    Lift some weights to help tone - looking into Stronglifts 5 x 5

    Unfortunately you can't spot reduce areas, crunches won't get rid of a belly, tricep dips won't get rid of bingo wings. Eat at a deficit, lose body fat and lift weights. X

    I like squats and deadlifts for those areas. Also, a slight calorie deficit.
