breaded fish

I am having a problem figuring out the calories for one of my favorite foods and I am hoping someone can help. I love to take fresh fish fillets(usually haddock or tilapia) and just very lightly cover them in bread crumbs. I mean, lay one side in the crumbs in a bowl and then lay the other side in the bowl. No eggs or anything like that. Then, I lay the fillets in a Pam-sprayed pan, put just a small dab of lite margarine on top of each fillet and surround with 2% milk. Then I cover the pan with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. I can't find anything like this anywhere on the internet and, I am afraid I am seriously misjudging the calories. Any insight would be very much appreciated.

Use the recipe calculator tool. It's under Food --> Recipes.

Just measure out your bread crumbs and margarine before you cook it, and it should be easy to figure out from there.

Another way to look at it is to just treat each ingredient as if you were eating them separately and log them separately. If you start to see a pattern, then enter it as a recipe.
