How does looking at your report tab make you feel? Does it motivate you to step up? Are you on the right track? Mine makes me smile 50 days later and 20 pounds down.

I love the reports tab. I look at it at least once a week and switch the timeframes and which measurements I'm looking at to see the changes in my body.

I also have my own spreadsheet that I make different graphs with, but I'm a data person. I love data!

WOW that good. You take it to a whole new level. I just like to watch that weight line descend down the graph and how fast it is also.

I used to like it- all those calorie counts just below my total for the day. Then I finished college, went from a pub to a bar to a club to a kebab shop and had 3000+ calories in one night. Now I've got a massive spike that's going to be glaring at me for months on that report tab.

balance it out to equal 3000- calories in like a week or two.

I've been eating the same and adding in exercise for the last couple of weeks (since I binged) and it's working alright- I'm losing weight okay. Hopefully by next week I'll have created enough of a deficit that way to start eating back 1/3-1/2 of my exercise calories :)

As long as it works for you. Not really the way I would go about this but if it works why fix it.
