Running trainers

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a good pair of running trainers? When I jog or run eventually I get quite bad pains in the balls and arches of my feet. A good pair of trainers would really help!
Thanks in advance

The best advice anyone can give you is to go to a store that specializes in running and get fitted. They will measure your foot, analyze your gait, and make multiple recommendations that you can then try out in the store before buying (usually on a treadmill, but some let you run outside before buying too).
I am a pretty casual runner, so I didn't want to invest in good running shoes at first, but they are literally the best thing I've spent money on in the past two years.0
