Best time to exercise?

Hey guys!
When's the best time to exercise (cardio/running)?
Is it bad to do it when you haven't eaten much yet? Like will that make you more likely to suffer hypoglycaemia/"hit a wall"??
It's just I want to go running early in the mornings but obviously I wouldn't have eaten anything for the whole of overnight, and I usually just have an egg on toast and a kiwi fruit for breakfast.
Thoughts? Thanks!
Edit- oops, I meant to post this in the exercise section, my bad! If any mods want to move it, go ahead...

Best time to exercise it whatever works in with your life. As for eating before running in the morning I don't run often in the morning but when I do I cant eat much that quickly before a run so i normally grab a banana. if though it's anything over around 8 or 10 miles I'll always take something along such as a Gel or some dates. You just need to find what works best for you as we're all different0

I just ask because this morning I did some exercise (just the 30 day shred) then went for a run, and midway through my run I started getting this totally weird feeling in my head like it was swimming and um about to pass out and my vision went blotchy and black. So I was wondering if I was hypoglycaemic cos my breakfast was so low carb, the bread only had 10g of carbs, and the egg had none, and the kiwi wouldn't have had that many. But IDK0

Have you been doing 30DS and running back to back like that up until now? That sounds like a lot of fairly intense cardio at one time for any time of day unless you are already quite active and fit.
Different people have different reactions to working out on an empty or semi empty stomach. The best thing to do is either try it again (and take something with you to eat in case it happens) or try eating first and see if it happens then or not.0
