Hello Everyone,

Hope your all well. I have a question. This morning I made a smoothie with my Nutrabullet. I have no idea how to log this as breakfast. What do you guys do ? Do I have to log each item separately ?

Thanks,
Ronnie

if you make it the same way every time you can use the recipe function, other wise, you'd need to log it individually.

I log each item separately. This morning for example I had:
    1 cup of strawberries (77cals)
    small grapefruit (100cals)
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 cals) and
    isofemme protein powder (115cals)
    =322 cals

They don't really have the correct portions and ingredients on their lists so this is far more accurate.

Yes, you have to log everything individually.

You also need to measure the amounts so that you're logging correctly.

Log it separate. All items show up in my recent so it's not hard to find them again. First time is just a pain.

I tend to change mine all the time so I enter all the individual parts into the log and then go Quick Tools - Remember Meal.

After that, next time I make the smoothie I just Add Food - Go to Meal Tab - And choose my smoothie.

I do this instead of a recipe because I can still change the individual parts of the meal. More or less of this or that without having to do the whole thing over.

    Yup, log every little thing...
A few days ago I shared a smoothie with my hubby, split in half it was only 150 calories!
I believe per person it was:
    43g banana
    30g blueberries
    51g strawberries
    1 oz 2% milk
1/2 scoop EAS lean 15 vanilla cream protein powder
    2 oz pomegranate cherry juice

It was really good and sweet :)

If you use similar ingredients regularly, save one as a meal. Then you can use the whole list again and just tweak quantities.
