Hi, I'm a new member today. I'm here to lose baby weight. My son turned 3 months yesterday, and it's time to lose the extra 20lbs that have decided to stick around (not for long!). This site is sooo much better than fitday. I can't wait to really get into it. My son makes my schedule, so I'm shooting for 3 workout sessions a week to start. 30 minutes of jogging, cardio, or strength training. Hey to everyone!!!
