Can I eat poptarts, cheesecake and popcorn????

Not sure if serious, given that you have 2,700 posts, but...You can eat whatever you want and lose weight as long as you're in a calorie deficit.
If your goal is to see the number on the scale go down, you could eat ONLY pop tarts cheesecake and popcorn. If you're at a deficit and you don't have any metabolic issues, or PCOS, or menopausal symptoms, you'd likely see that number go down.
If you have other goals, you might want to consider incorporating some "healthy food" into your diet.

Pardon me if I am speaking out of turn; however, I feel like you may have a misconception about "healthy" food. Healthy food isn't all steamed vegetables, salads and bland food. With some basic understanding on how to prepare food, what nutrients your body needs, and even what you like, you can find many high-protein, low-fat, nutrient-dense foods (for example) to be incredibly tasty.
And I'm of the mindset that eating right should be a lifestyle change, not just a diet. So long-term you should be able to have a poptart if you're craving one. Just look at your overall food/diet/eating habits and work some of your indulgences in.0 -

Yes my goal is to build lean muscle while trimming fat down to a minimum. I also hate cardio. I just want to lift weights and eat food I like.0 -
I eat clean. As in I don't eat food off the floor.
Yes, you can eat anything. Though if you only ate those food items, you'd probably quickly run out of calories and not feel satisfied throughout the day.
Yesterday I had a serving (106grams) of B&J ice cream for 270 calories. But it fit and my total calories for the day: 1461.
Breakfast: Protein shake, cheese. 220 cal (typically I have fruit also but the morning got away from me)
Lunch: Subway 6" sandwich, 380 cal
Dinner: Salad, baked chicken breast, and spaghetti, 397 cal
Snacks: carrots w/ ranch, banana, peanut butter cup minis, ice cream, 4640 -

Yes. Just make sure you adjust your meals accordingly as to not go over your calorie limit. You can also go to the gym to make extra room for sweets.0

Don't deny yourself what you want but saying that don't pig out on it all the time either just have a bite to satisfy the craving.There are things that I thought I couldn't do without and now when I do have it either it satisfies me or I realize that it's not as good as I thought it was. Have you ever tried Kellogg's Pastry Crisps? They come in 100 calorie packs and I think they are good. They remind me of thin poptarts. When I eat popcorn it is usually the Amy's brand0
