    This is honestly the first time I've noticed a difference in my self at all! But I really do avoid cameras like the plague. This is a 35 lb difference. I know it's not too dramatic but it's something :smile:

    You look really lovely, well done, although I may be biased because you know how they say everyone has a double somewhere in the world, well you look so so so like my daughter, sharp intake of breadth when you appeared on screen - you are both beautiful

    Picture on the bottom right is me at 410 lbs.. chillin with Phil Margera lol. Bottom left picture is a selfie from my first 5k around 380 lbs.. Top picture is current, 320 lbs. I started counting calories in January. 90 lbs lost so far, went from pant size 26/28 to 22/20. Shirt size from 5XL to 2/3XL. Confidence and self esteem, immeasurable.
