OMG! The more weight I lose, the more my wrinkles show!
Anyway, here it is- First pic over 200lbs. By December of 2013 I had reached my goal weight (134) and have maintained it for over a year.

Difference of approximately 100 lb. A lot of my friends have told me that despite drastic changes in my body, my face is "exactly the same". I don't think so!

I can't really see the difference, and I still have a long long way to go, but! there it is!
You know the difference I see? Yeah, I know maybe there was different camera and lighting, but picture 1 is pasty and doughy, and picture 2 is of course still overweight, but it's an overweight guy with a healthy, glowing face. Proof, yet again, that it's totally possible to be overweight and look good if you're living a healthy lifestyle! That's what I see happening with all the pictures ... as folks move from Version 1, when they presumably weren't really working out or watching food, to the next versions, it's not just the contours of the face that change. There's a lot more shine and health as you move along the journey, and it's really visible. I think it's important that folks with a lot to lose realize that even though the numbers may be intimidating, folks DO start to look really good long before the ultimate goal weight is reached ... it's not all about hitting a certain magic number on the scale!
Everyone is looking amazing0 -
I suppose there may have been a small change since I found out that a bicycle wasn't made just for kids.

Look at the contours of your chin/jaw area, man, it's a huge difference. In addition to your features being more distinct, your eyes are perkier and your skin is more vibrant and healthy looking - overall much improved. Try smiling a little in your next update photo. That'll be even better! Keep it up! (*)0 -

The before pic is me at about 250lbs. This was a couple weeks before I started my journey and this was one of the photos from that night that helped me really realize how big my body and FACE was. Don't mind the outfit/makeup, it was Halloween, I dressed up as Frida Kahlo. The during photo was taken last night.. about 155.0 -

This thread should be renamed "The Incredible Shrinking Face"!! WOW Such wonderful transformations. You are all giving me hope, I thought I'd have a double chin even when I lose all the weight! Thank you all for sharing!0
