I had a cup of "power greens" (store bought mix of baby greens) and some leftover cheeseburger macaroni (made with ground venison, fiber gourmet pasta, chopped onion and jalapeno and reduced fat cheeses).

I had a Greek salad with chicken from Panera Bread. Got the dressing on the side and ended up using only about half of the dressing. Delicious!

Tuna salad wrap (no Mayo), a packet of Sunbites and an apple. I make my own lunch to take to work, I usually make a salad but have got really bored of them. I fancy sandwiches, but am using weight watchers wraps as they have fewer calories than 2 slices of bread to make a sandwich.

2 oz of deli turkey wrapped in ultra thin swiss cheese slices
6 cracked black pepper Triscuits topped with 90 calories worth of reduced fat cheddar cheese
I tried to eat the apple I brought, but I bit into it and it was mushy inside. :(
Finished it off with one piece of mint filled dark chocolate.

I LOVE those Triscuits. The whole lunch was very yummy and filling.... minus the apple!

well, I left my lunch at home. I refuse to go across the street to McDonald's or Taco Bell. So I wound up drinking Green tea and eating 20 peanut M&Ms.202 calories. lol I don't recommend it, but it was better than nothing. lol

You just don't like them? You could get a salad or wrap from McDonalds's or a crunchy taco from Taco Bell. Better than M&Ms for lunch in my opinion. I need real food for lunch not just candy.

I had homemade chili, light string cheese and blueberries for lunch today.

The fast food has more sodium than the M&Ms. I am bloated enough atm.

A scooped out toasted everything bagel with 2 leftover chicken thighs
6 Stoneyfield frozen yogurt pops-I couldn't stop eating them 1020 calories!
I only have 2 meals a day so that's it for me for today.
    40 calories over my goal.

    New "chicken salad recipe"

3 oz of chopped up roasted chicken breast
1 cup of red and yellow bell pepper cut up
    1 oz feta cheese
    1/4 cup shaved red onion
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    .5 tablespoon olive oil.

I have been having it for lunch at work for about 4 or 5 days. LOVE IT!

A 1/4 cup of Cilantro?? Holy he... and I thought I loved Cilantro...

    That's gotta be a typo.

4 ounces of grilled chicken breast and 4 ounces of yams. And my supplement pills. No seasoning on the yams, chicken was marinated in a combo of mustard and balsamic vinegar.

A bowl of Dduk mandu guk, a Korean soup with rice cakes, wonton-like dumplings, and other good things. It's about 620 calories for a standard big bowl, but it's worth hoarding calories for.

I had a glass of Coke Zero, a portion of DS breadsticks and a dollop of dairylea cheese spread, my gluten-free version of dairylea dunkers. Kinda boring maybe but really quite filling for 318 calories, and so tasty! It's my new favourite thing. I'm gonna switch to light dairylea as well for the lower sat fat content.

I had a chicken caesar salad from Trader Joe's, with no-calories dressing and a peach. Also two glasses of water.
