  • I always keep a tub of fat free fromage frais in the fridge and use it as a substitute for mayo or cream. For example in low cal beef stroganoff, or like today I had it in a tortilla wrap with smoked salmon, lettuce, spring onion and lemon juice.

I LOVE the roasted red pepper hummus with roasted red pepper tricuits!!!!

Just be careful with the eggs suggestions, there's a lot of cholesterol and I know when I eat even one boiled egg, mfp comes up red!!

Steel Cut Oatmeal (not quick oats and it takes longer, but so much better; cook it once a week in a double batch and eat in the morning after heating in the microwave).
    Brown Rice
Cocoa Dusted Almonds (not chocolate covered!)
Chicken breasts/tenderloins (no bones and skinless)
Smoothie Ingredients: Frozen Blueberries + Strawberry Protein Powder + Skim Milk (all available at Walmart)
    Nature's Grain Carb Check Bagels (Calories: 140, Total Fat 3 g, Total Carbs 36 g, Dietary Fiber 18 g, Protein 14 g)
Homemade Raspberry Jam to pile on the healthy bagels (frozen raspberies + no sugar needed pectin + splenda)
Honeycrisp Apples + caramel in the plastic squeeze container (to slice apples and put on a fraction of a serving of caramel in a pretty, lacy manner that makes it just like a caramel apple treat for not too many extra calories)

This is my kitchen EXACTLY! Well except for the cheese that is, we are a cheese hating household but love the rest of your list. It’s probably why I only spend $100 ish per month on the 2 of us in groceries, such simple/basic foods that are always on sale.

Splenda sweetened bread and butter pickles seem to be available everywhere in my city, but I cannot find splenda sweetened ketchup anywhere :-(

I like to eat Trader Joe's long skinny green beans dipped in ketchup :-0 amazon.com sells lots of sugar free items. I've been thinking of ordering ketchup from them.
