Hi,

I'm Vicky. I'd like to add some friends here from MFP. I've only been using it a couple of weeks but I really like it. It syncs with my fitbit and helps me stay on track. I always log before eating so I know where things stand before so I can make the best food choices depending on my activity level on any given day.

I'm 45. I weigh 172 right now and would like to lose another 30 lbs. MFP, Fitbit, fi.tt challenges, and planet fitness are a big part of my mission to become a healthier, happier person all the way around. I've already lost 10 lbs. The goal is to keep going down and stay that way. I gained 60 lbs in one year after getting sick. I lost 40 lbs spring and summer but then put 30 of it right back on over the winter. So I begin again and do my best one day at a time to learn to be a healthier me.

I have 2 grown children and my youngest daughter is 10. I'm a full time parent. If you think we'd make good MFP friends please add me. Thanks :-)
