Hi, I am pretty new to MFP and I need help pushing me to stay on track! I am trying but I have an 8 year old who we run around for several nights a week for sports and a 2 year old who takes up all my other time. I work 9-5 m-f and am finding it hard to make time for myself to work out. Any suggestions on how to sneak in some exercises during the day (I am at a desk most of my day) I would love to hear them! I started out at 190 pounds and am down to 172 but I can't seem to get back on track and keep going. Please Help!
