I am just renewing my account to get back to taking care of myself. I'm 45 years old, 20-30 lbs to lose. I used to be on here as april1445, if any of my old friends are around :) Looking more for inspiration than support. In other words, I like to see other people making this lifestyle change--I find that helps me the most.
