My hubby recently gave me a container of chocolate egg protein powder. I've no idea how to use it. I am thinking of making chocolate smoothies but I need more creative recipes and ideas!

    HA! Underpants Gnomes

He's right though. Protein powder is also good mixed into Greek yogurt if you don't like to drink it.

Dr. Oz has a protein smoothie I've been having, but I use Soy Protein powder (vanilla) - 2 TBLS. Don't know how the chocolate would taste:

    In a blender:
ice cubes to taste: 3 - 4 = liquidy add more for thick shakes
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tbls protein powder
    1/2 banana
    3 - 4 small strawberries
1 - 2 tbls almond meal, depending on calorie count (I buy mine at Sprouts)

    Yum!
