Calorie cycling

Any ladies out there who calorie cycle week to week?
If so would you be so kind to tell me your pattern and calorie amounts for each day?

I have been cycling calories for about a month and find it really manageable as it allows flexibility and planning for social events where I might want to eat more, drink or just enjoy indulgent desserts. A typical week looks like this:

2,100
1,800
1,350
1,600
This averages out to about 1,607 cals per day. I find it easier to eat less on the days I do cardio, higher cals on heavy lifting days.0
