Calorie cycling

Hello,

Any ladies out there who calorie cycle week to week?

If so would you be so kind to tell me your pattern and calorie amounts for each day?

    I have been cycling calories for about a month and find it really manageable as it allows flexibility and planning for social events where I might want to eat more, drink or just enjoy indulgent desserts. A typical week looks like this:

    1,350
    1,600
    1,450
    2,100
    1,800
    1,350
    1,600

    This averages out to about 1,607 cals per day. I find it easier to eat less on the days I do cardio, higher cals on heavy lifting days.
