I turned 26 this year and realized that I am definitely out of shape and overweight. It's crazy how this excess weight seem to" slip" on me.

Looking to lose around 15-20 lbs and just get into better shape. I live a pretty active lifestyle but my diet is terrible. The time I eat, what I eat, and more importantly how much I eat. If its on my plate, IT GONE. So if this sounds like something you are experiencing add me and maybe we will get somewhere.
