Hello MPF!!

Hey everyone! Thought I would say a few words before making my first "give me some advice" type of post. I'm a 35 year old dad of 5 who recently recovered from a nasty thyroid problem, quit smoking cold turkey and took up the healthy lifestyle I once knew and loved. I run 2 twenty minute sessions every day for a total of 4km, and in the evenings my 13 year old daughter runs with me. I love it. I also lift 3 times a week. Fitness has not only made me feel better, but happier as well. Life is good. I would also love to complete the lofty goal of being a personal trainer. So that's me!, Nice to meet you all!
