Not waiting for the New Year

All my good habits went away as soon as the dark days and rain arrived, and I've gained a few pounds back... but I decided that I don't want to put off setting new goals and resolutions for the new year, I'd rather start the new year already having met those goals. So I am challenging myself to a 60-day (okay, 58 day) sprint - I just bought the new elliptical machine and if I use it for 60 days in a row I will treat myself to a body scrub. Eating well is part of it but I recognize the holidays are upon us, so my focus will be exercising regularly between now and the new year. Planning ahead for the week in each month when I'll be out of town - walking will substitute. 60 days isn't that long, right?
