Has anyone tried Isagenix? Does it work?

I have an old high school friend who sells the stuff & she says that it's a great cleanse & that you lose major weight with it. I've never done a cleanse before & it looks like the products are mostly powders n drinks. Have you tried it? Does it work?

    I have some close friends that tried it for a while and liked it. Said it was too expensive for them after a while.

    I drink Shakeology, which is somewhat similar =)

    My dad had some a few years ago that he didnt like and let me try it. I gagged, it tasted like pennies! My stomach hurt and I felt yucky after drinking it.

    The problem with doing a cleanse is it clears out both good and bad bacteria in the colon leaving the body defenseless. I use a probiotic from yor health. It puts good bacteria in the colon to fight the bad. :)

    My sis-in-law did a 10 day cleanse and lost 10 pounds, but she only kept it off a short while.
