newbie!

Hello :-)

im at the start of my exciting journey!
Ive always been big (uk 18) and have tried all sorts with only real success from Rosemary Conley but i couldnt maintain!
Ive decided this time isnt a diet, its a lifestyle!
Im on day four and enjoying it so far! Ive taken before pictures which are a huge motivator and also have learnt that cleaning my teeth after dinner stops me snacking at night!

Just wondered if anyone else picked up any healthy habbits or tips?
