Hi All
Just started to us myfitnesspal (had an account for while just not done anything). I've gone from serverly obses in the past to a healthy weight. I'm pretty active but have always suffered wth bing eating and the last few years have been pretty rough. At 5"1 and 11 stone I need to stop the rot I cycle 70 miles a week, swim twice a week, kettlesize and pilates once a week, so when I think of how much food I must be eating to get back in this state it's really quite embrassing!
Still here's to a new me - it feels good to be getting a bit of control back.
