I'm new to the site-referred by my daughter. Just signed up today. Hopefully this helps; I do like the daily food journal already. I also quit smoking today, so I could be in for it between dieting, exercising and not smoking all at once. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Sounds like we have more than dieting in common. I, too, am quiting the smoking thing. It is hard! Maybe we can lean on each other.
