Here are some of my current progress pics - I'm 5'9" HW: 230 lb CW: 170 lb and my GW: 160 lb. So far, my progress has been the result of clean eating, drinking lots and lost of water (I drink allllll the water), getting my sleepy sleep, and staying active. I just invested in the ZUMBA exhilarate set and I'm excited to see other peoples result pics and measurements so I can be inspired and know what I have to look forward to
Cheers to everyone who is on the path to happy and healthy! Thanks for reading !

(EDIT to include the picture below because the above pics were too big and I'm not sure what I would need to resize them to, in order to make the whole pic show- so below is my current weight of 170)

(I hope I get my pics to work on the first try lol)

Pretty amazing results!!! May I ask, how long did it take you to accomplish? I have just started Zumba classes, literally just two weeks ago and am still adjusting to eating more-but-not-too-many calories to compensate. I'll also look into the Exhilarate tapes. Thanks!0

Thank you! I have been doing Zumba for about 3-4 days a week now for the past few weeks and most of my weight loss until this point has been consistent dieting/clean eating. I scaled back my exercise to alternate 30 day shred and Zumba with some days that just call for cardio (walking/jogging/trails or treadmill) I have lost 24 lb since FEB of this year - Slow and steady wins the race and patients is a virtue!
best of luck and cheers~! 0 -

Thanks for your response! I am working through 3-4 Zumba classes/week at a local gym and will start weight training this week (all cardio and no weight training makes JeanStudies a very flabby girl...). Thanks also for the encouragement. I'm down about 22 since Feb of this year and will keep at it.Thank you!
