Here I go again!!

Hi all,

I would like to be one of the ones that are new to this and have all this motivation and optimism but I'm not. I'm 21 years old and I have probably been dieting on and off since I was 18, but I have never achieved my goals. I ALWAYS give up. However I am determined this time to stick with it all.

I am a major junk food junkie. Crisp, sweets, Chocolate and any take out food. How do you all keep motivated and stop from grabbing any of the bad foods. I've tried grabbing for fruit instead but it never satisfies me. I know this is more a mental problem instead of a physical one but please help!

I'm 5'6 and 144lbs my aim is to get down to 130lbs but my main aim is to tone up. I have seen some good posts on MFP and am willing to give them a try but I just need help with the motivation and snacking.
