Are coming all of a sudden. I've had more people at work suddenly ask me if I've lost weight and that they "can tell" but I "didn't need to". Well, I do need to, and I guess its time I weighed myself (was going to wait till end of month). On another note, since I've gotten comments that its noticeable, I am a little concerned that it might be coming off too fast? Feel free to look at my diary.

having a quick look in your diary i would suggest WAY more protein, aim for 100g per day, and weigh everything with scales, not cups and spoons... there are a lot of 1tbsp of things which potentially could have a lot more calories in than you're recording.0

I'm having a hard time with protein right now as I've been vegetarian for 17 years. I realize I need to work on the protein , you are right, I'm just having a hard time getting it in. I could really use help with that. I'm pretty accurate with my measuring and usually overestimate but I don't worry a whole lot if I'm going a bit over in calories (clearly I'm not, I'm losing and my pants are looser) with two hours total of exercise a day....0

<--Vegetarian for over 20 years. My diary is open to everyone if you want to take a look. I eat at least 150g protein/day, usually more.0 -
If you're having difficulty with protein try a protein powder smoothie or shake or there's an interesting recipe for a protein "fluff" that's floating around here somewhere. Most protein powders are made from whey. You can even find plant-based protein powders if you'd rather.
Greek yogurt is another great source of protein and can either be eaten alone or the plain version can added to anything on which you might use sour cream. I've used it on baked potatoes, Mexican food, added spices to it and made it into a veggie dip, etc.0 -
from the days i looked, you do a lot of cardio. are you training for something? if not i would suggest swapping some for strength/resistance training to help you retain some LBM.0

At Tavistock, it appears that I've lost 8 pounds in 21 days. Hmmmm.....I will have to add this in later when I get a chance and readjust. I'm all muscle and really active. I'm getting ready to train for my 8th marathon (full)0
