Rainy day 2 pitiparty and rant

Ok it's day 2 of rain & gloom. Yesterday was used to catch up on clutter busting and to do list items. Today it's a full on pitiparty! The scale is up, I've been tracking for 13 months lost 25 pounds but 4 of those toy with me. If I could really lose them I'd be below 200 and start on the next weight loss goal. My ultimate weight goal is 155, so I'm breaking into 25 pound segments. In the spring I was having terrible hot flashes and night sweats, fixed that by upping black cohosh but weight seems affected. I've been lax on water intake and veggie consumption. Having been doing yoga classes that I love and has helped with flexibility, weight machines and golf regularly. I know I need to recommit but feel burnt out. Thanks for listening, I feel better just getting it out. Will drag my butt to the Y now. Keep on keeping on! :ohwell:
