Help! Need wedding motivation!

Hi! I am getting married in 8 short weeks and I am looking for support/ motivation to lose 10 pounds before the big day! At this point my arms are my main concern and I am hoping to slim down just a little and get my arms toned up! I have just signed up for a yoga membership and plan to do warm (90 degrees) vinyasa yoga 3-4 times and week and also a short 20 min run each day mixed with a little weights. Overall goal is to get in 5 workouts a week mixed with yoga. Does anyone have any advice or tips on getting arms toned and diet tips? Thanks!
