    I've had that happen a lot. I just don't move and I've never had them actually walk into me. If I am walking my dogs, I move them to my right and I walk on my half of the sidewalk between them and the sidewalk hogs that are headed towards us. If I let the dogs walk on my left, people will walk right into them.
