Subway calorie values

I am slightly confused as to the calories that are actually in Subways - specifically Spicy Italian as according to the Nutritional Values on the Subway webpage a 6" Spicy Italian include wheat bread, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, peppers (jalepenos) and onions had a calorie count of 235 then I would add 2 serving of southwest sauce just to be sure @ 88 cals a serving so bringing total to 411cals. Now when I pick the equivelant in the MFP database the cals seem to be at least 100cals over the Subway webpage.
Should I add in my own with the calories from the webpage or use what is already on the database?
I know this is not a major issue but every calorie counts!!!!!
Thanks

Many MFP entries are very incorrect. If you know the calorie content then add it in yourself. Because you are right, every calorie counts!0

I would use the subway info. Whatever is on here on mfp might also include cheese or something not nec. written (uses input the nutritional information). If you do it from the subway site and include calories for every ingredient that should be the most accurate number.0

I would go with the nutrional values in Subway's website. If this is somehting that you have frequently, I would just put it under my meals that way you're able to reference back quickly to it and you know the inforamtion will be accurate.0

When I add a food that can be made different ways (like subway) I normally don't add it to the database to be shared with everyone so it doesn't cause more clutter then what's already there. It will stay in my foods though for me to find next time
And I would go with the nutritional value that subway reflects.0 -
Unless you put it in your self, never trust them 100% And as far as subway goes, not every thing you eat there will be the same every time.0

This website will give you the nutritional value based on how you actually customize the sandwich:

I always double check everything on mpf, like right not the nutritional info an a Turkey-Thin Bagel sandwhich has no sodium----uuummm yeah i don't buy that. so go with what subway puts out0
