Yesterday i was soooo hungry but adement that i was not going to go over my calorie allowance.

About 4.30pm in office i was about to give in & have a small bar of milky way but i manged to hold off until i had my dinner

When i was @ my 2nd job in a shop i was soooo hungry with people bringing up their shopping (which makes me more hungry), girls i work with were eating crisps & choc etc but again i managed to wait until i got home as i only had 134 calories left & wanted to wait until i got home & had a small sandwich & i still managed to be under

Iv only been doing this properly for just under 2weeks & this was my 1st bad day! i'm so proud of myself that i didnt give into crisps or chocolate!

im sure there will be worse but i think now that i am motivated & am ready for the bad days

yay hang in there  ive just been to the pub and had a chicken salad and lime and soda, instead of the burger and chips and large glass of wine i fancied! it tough - but its sooo worth it  save up some calories for a treat at the end of the week to reward yourself for being so good

You say bad day, it looks like a victory to me! You fought off the temptations and stayed strong! There will be days like that from time to time, but apparently you have the tools and common sense to make it. Good job!

I TOTALLY agree!!! Consider it a victory my friend and nothing short of a victory! I'm proud of you for staying strong and not giving up.
