Sorry I don't know how to post pictures (-60 lb loss)

So here is my story, I am a 26 year old single mom to a beautiful and quirky little girl. I finished my undergraduate degree 5 weeks after my daughter was born, and have decided to continue my education with my graduate degree in accounting. I work full time and have always struggle with my weight.

In highschool, sophomore to be precise, I started gaining weight. Slowly but surely I gained more and more and was tipping the scales. I started yo-yo dieting from then until I was 22. Around then I lost close to 60 lbs and was so happy. Then life kicked in and I realized I wasn't happy so I gained it all back through eating and a sedentary lifestyle. A few years passed and I would lose 20 lbs, then gain back 20 lbs. Finally, at 25 I was ready for a change, I was green juicing and working out 5 days a week and down 25 lbs, cue unexpected pregnancy. OOPS. I don't regret anything, but I do regret not being more active and eating better throughout my pregnancy. So in November my daughter was born, and I couldn't have been happier. Until I realized how much I weighed when I gave birth! OMG. Tipped the scales and then some. How did this happen? Yes, I lost 15-18 lbs of baby and etc but I was still enormous.

Around Christmas I started talking to my cousin Ally who looked amazing! She told me about Beachbody and how it helped her immensely. So I told her I would think about it. Mid January I decided... What am I waiting for? So I signed up, I got
Turbo jam and shakeology and started. Then I realized I needed something more, so I got turbo fire! I loved chalene. I lost 8 lbs by the first week of February. Then the 21 day fix came out; I put chalene and her crazy workouts on hold and got on the Autumn bandwagon. I lost 12.5
Lbs and 12 inches in 3 weeks. I felt like I was a rock star!

Cue drama, I had some personal issues that happened and I fell off the wagon until beginning of April. While I was still losing slowly and working out while I could, I had decided to try something new. Still daily dedicated to shakeology I needed a new workout to keep me dedicated to working out. Ahhhhh LES MILLS PUMP, Swolemate ????workout! I fell in???????????? I started seriously following the calendar the second week of May and am on week 4. I am down 44 lbs since my lifestyle change began in February and around 20+ inches (haven't measured in awhile, but I will end of summer).

I have made a rigorous schedule now that is morning LMP workouts 6 mornings a week, c25k 4x a week and crossfit 3x a week. If you asked me in January if I thought I could jog at all, do a dead lift, or a burpee I would've said no. But today I am successfully doing all three the best I can, and I am only halfway done! ???? I have my first 5K coming up July 5th!! I will be pushing my daughter in our jogging stroller (lol).

I am planning on getting turbo kick certified and continuing to strengthen myself with all of my workouts. My immune system has improved significantly and I credit that not only to my new lifestyle but to my daily usage of shakeology that is jam packed with vitamins and minerals I wouldn't get anywhere else! ????

????Never again will I be unhappy or overweight.????
