    All I can say is take it one day at a time and if you have a bad day, don't beat yourself up tomorrow is another day.

    Hey Meghan! Get plugged into the social aspect of MFP. Friend-up with some peeps. There are a lot of people on here who have the same goals as you, and you can help each other get there.
