Weight Scale at Gym says I'm 20 pounds lighter?

So, I went to the gym yesterday, and I weighed myself. The scale said I was 20 pounds lighter than the scale at home. Is my scale broken? I don't get it, I mean it'd be great if I was 20 pounds lighter!
