What's my activity level?

Hello Everyone! I'm Michael in Toledo,Ohio,43608. I'm 5'7 age 43.. Feb 1st 2014 i started working out to lose weight. I was 260 pounds. 128 days later i was at 204 and now i'm at 206 and by morning it will say 209 but after my workout it goes down 3.5-4 pounds but i'm in a yoyo mode. I have no job and looking for one but like to get in better shape til then. I pretty much sit at a pc all day looking for work and filling out apps and reseaching other then that i go to the YMCA 7 days a week and workout 65-75 mins to burn off 750 calories a day doing the cardio machines, treadmill 20-25 mins level 3.0-4.0 speed 3.9-6.0 walk/run 250 calorie burn. stationary bike 7-8 resis and speeds 14.5-18.6 20-25 mins 250 calories. then i do AMT open stride on the step height is 3 and resis 2 most of the time it says 13.3 calories a min but i do 250 calories in 20 mins.. I need to figure out what my activity level is cause i know longer know if i'm over eating or under eating but i know i should be losing weight not going backward and i don't eat any kinda junk foods, sugar's no white anything just fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken breast, once in a blue moon a lean cut steakm wheat bread 32 calories a slice, I been trying to do 1800-2000 calories a day.. I'm so confused right now i most of got lost somewhere down this weight loss line.
