Ok...I guess I need to go to the doctor...been working out hard for at least 7-8 weeks now....I've only lost point 8 pounds and in the last 2 weeks GAINED an inch in my waist. I can actually say I hope there is a medical reason for this, because if there isn't I don't know what else to do. Everyone told me I wasn't eating enough, so I upped my calories, but nothing is working! I have never worked out this hard in my life! Any positive advice is welcome, please no negativity....I am feeling low enough as it is!

If you are logging everything (and I mean weighing and logging everything) correctly, and you have your caloric deficit figured correctly, you will lose weight - unless there is a medical issue which is really only true for the smallest percent of the population.

I looked at your diary and there are plenty of days missing, especially on the weekends. That is pretty typical for all of us. And probably like most of us, you might go over on the weekends. Maybe way over, which will negate most loses you've worked for all week. Maybe that isn't it, but many times that is.

So really the first thing I would suggest is to make sure you log every day, all day, and work to meet your caloric goals. Without that you really can't tweak anything to know what is going on.

    ALL THE BEST!
