Cardio or weight training?

Im doing cardio at the moment, but really want too look at getting toned

Is weight training good and could someone give me an idea of a regime/days i should do it?

    Strength training can help in that endeavor, but muscle definition/tone comes from low body fat, which is tied to diet.

    Check out Fitness Blender on YouTube for great workout routines though. All good for the body.

    Fitness Blender has amazing body weight toning work outs as well as cardio training. :)
    Like the person above said to have real defined musics you need low body fat.
    However, too low of body fat is unhealthy ( especially for women) and impossible to maintain all year round.
    Just work out 3-6 days a week and eat healthy and get plenty of rest when your body needs it.
