Hey guys,
My mother is 5' and weighs 88 pounds. She is an accomplished runner. She has run in the Boston marathon twice! She knows that she needs to weigh more but has told me she is having a hard time keeping the weight on. She has high cholesterol (genetic) and has to eat a lot of very healthy foods that hardly ever contain fat. I know that we are all trying to lose weight but I though maybe someone out there would know of some foods that are low in cholesterol while still packed with protein and some fat. Well I am not an expert but my hubby is sort of like your mom. He needs to keep his weight up,but watch his health. He eats alot of egg whites, beans all kinds of unsalted nuts and avacadoes and I use EVOO when I cook. Good Luck!0
