I'm about being healthier and looking better in pics. I have a small frame so weight shows up very easily on me.

I would like to be stronger but I don't have extra money at this point to buy equipment or join a gym or sign up for classes. I would like to start something in the fall once the weather cools down a bit.

I want to look good in pictures (my family is always taking and posting pics on Facebook) but I don't really care if people think I'm "sexy" or not. I need to do this for myself not for other people. If it's about other people I'll stop caring and let myself go like I did before... I ate too many calories, drank several cups of soda per day with almost no water, etc. I ended up with a round face and a pretty big stomach and I don't want to have that again. I want to continue to lose weight and then maintain it once I reach my goal.

No. I'm so loaded down with sexy that it's becoming a burden. I'm lifting so I can get bulky. Maybe the mens will leave me alone when I'm bulky.

Yes; living longer, healthier, and with some sexy fun friends. Feel free to add me if you share similar targets.

I want to get in shape so that women don't hate me anymore. It's soul destroying having huge chunks of your life denied to you because of your appearance.

I workout to be healthier, more confident, sexier, to feel and look stronger, and to set a great example for my kids.

Nope, I exercise because I enjoy it. I like the buzz from endorphins and enjoy being physically capable of running up hills. I like the way I'm starting to look but its not a motivator just a pleasant side effect!

I started lifting and running so that I would be smaller at around the same weight lol. I would not exercise if there were not obvious benefits to the way I look.
